Platelet-rich plasma (PRP)

PRP is a concentrated and purified form of one of the endogenous components that the human body uses in normal, healthy and automatic wound healing processes.

PRP: How it takes effect

Platelets are the cells responsible for blood clotting, and play a vital role as bioactive agents in restoring damaged tissue. Regenerative medicine uses this natural effect together with the associated plasma as activators in targeted treatments using more than a thousand different active agents towards the desired outcome.
